The Coalition For Ministry in Daily Life produces "Lay Net," a quarterly newsletter that can be subscribed to for $35.00.  http://www.dailylifeministry.org

Yale Center for Faith and Culture - promotes the practice of faith in all spheres of life through theological research and leadership development; ongoing programs include: Faith as a Way of Life, Ethics and Spirituality in the Workplace, Moral Leadership.  http://www.yale.edu/faith

Christian Labor Association of Canada (CLAC) ~ a union that approaches the workplace based on Christian social principles; dealing with people and labor relations constructively, with policies that stress integrity, respect, partnership, fairness and community.  http://www.clac.ca

Adult Formation Programs

Discipleship Groups (Episcopal Church USA) - a program that can build a small-group ministry in a congregation in 12 sessions, including six on the Baptismal Covenant and sox on ministry in daily life.  http://www.leaderresources.org

Do the Right Thing (Roger Jackle, Martha Lamar, Fred Lamar) - a resource for addressing twelve ethical issues (using case studies) to help participants make ethical decision that they can apply consistently to similar situations with family members, friends, or members of the larger community, offering a religious or ethical basis for the decision.  http://leaderresources.org

Practically Christian: A Guided Process for Practical Christian Prayer, Action and Reflection (Rick Brewer & Angela Hock) - explores our baptismal vows as our intentions to act as a Christian; using classical prayer forms brings reflections upon how this informs our daily ministry as Christians in the world.  http://www.oaces.org

Practicing the Monday Connection is a process offered by "The Center for Baptismal Living" to assist individuals and congregations establish groups that meet outside the church setting to discuss living faith in the world.  http://www.baptized.org/pmc.html

Resources for Ethics and Management offers "Guidelines for Ethical Decison-Making" through a six-step process to raise awareness of how a person makes decisions when faced with dilemmas without compromising their values.  http://www.rionethics.com
